 Let’s Play!

While there is a place for obedience, neither sit, heel nor other obedience behaviors will prepare dogs for the things they’ll encounter daily – loud vehicles, cyclists and joggers, barking dogs, unfamiliar people, squirrels and other wildlife.  Concept training*, an innovative new games-based training method, does.

Want a dog…

Who happily comes when called?

Solution:  Play proximity games!

Who is quiet when company comes?

Solution:  Play calming games!

Who is not under foot when you’re cooking dinner?

Solution:  Play boundary games!

Who walks politely past dogs and people while on lead?

Solution:  Play calmness & disengagement games!

Check out this video to learn all about Concept Training!

All of this and more can be accomplished with concept training and playing games to train FOR the situation NOT in the situation.
