While in the process of housetraining and teaching household manners, use a Gated Community (crates, puppy pens and baby gates) to limit your puppy/dog’s access to your entire home. Gated communities and management limit your pup’s opportunity to rehearse undesirable behaviours such as using your child’s bedroom as their bathroom, stealing food from the kitchen counter, chewing on furniture and so much more.
